Part I: Livin’ on Troost Avenue – Delta Blues (10:35)

Part II: Cityvu from Troost Avenue – Kansas City Blues (6:58)

Part III: Dyin’ on Troost Avenue – Gospel (10:28)

Troost Avenue Blues was recorded at Berry Music Group in Kansas City, Missouri and produced by Joe Miquelon and Roger Coleman. All vocals are by Danny Cox. Music was written and arranged by Joe Miquelon. Roger Coleman wrote the lyrics.

Many blues songs are about disintegrating relationships. Troost Avenue Blues is about a disintegrating community.

Troost Avenue- "Truth Avenue" - is a metaphor for the American urban core. “Troost Avenue – where all our chickens roost.”
